There are a variety of products out there for whatever suits your needs. These are misting fans, evaporative coolers, or misting systems.

The misting fans are good for cooling large spaces. They will push out 11000cfm of wind power with a high pressure misting ring that's added to the front of the fan. If used properly, this will cool that area up to 35 degrees. You would need to install one in all corners of your building with one misting pump for all four fans. These fans will cool an area up to 3000 square feet.

Evaporative coolers are great for spot cooling or smaller warehouse spaces. These are better for spot cooling in assembly areas or loading docks. These are good for an area of 500 square feet or less. Misting systems are also used for warehouse cooling. But these would be better used in loading docks where hot air is allowed to flow in freely.

With the high power misting system in place, the water is evaporated into the air. This will keep the water from sitting on the floor where someone would be likely to slip and fall. This can be run over all openings of your building and can help keep the building and your workers cool.

Big companies sometimes don't think about their workers and only about their comforts. They sit in their offices and keep cool while their employees, the ones making their parts, work in the heat of the building and sweat. They wonder why their workers' attendance is so rotten and their parts are so bad. If they think about their workers also, they will have all things better.
