When I started my internet business three months ago by joining the pluginprofitsite I wasn´t aware of the fact which kind of a huge global market I had tapped into.Fighting the overall common information overload of a newbie and trying to stay focussed I learned as much as I possibly could to be able to get the big picture.

My passion for working from home had awakened to my own surprise almost overnight and had exploded like wildfire into my daily activities. My whole life changed. I was determined to make this work whatever it might take. I was ready to sacrifice my time, my money and my energy. Funny thing was that all of a sudden I had strength and I knew it was the right thing I was doing. I trusted myself on this and failure was not part of my plan.

A few things went wrong, of course and I had to pay for it. My autoresponder account at aweber was terminated without prior warning because of a few spamming complaints. And I lost a six months worth subscription right after 3 weeks.

But I decided to wander a new path other than wasting my valuable time in pursuing matters that were already lost. Yes, time management is a very important factor if you want to be effective with your work.

Every day you have to make decicions about what to do and what not. It´s very easy to get distracted and hung up on technical problems. It always helped me to get back to the big picture and I took notes every day what I had spent my time with.

My experience was that with every day in business it became clearer to me how I wanted my business to be and which tasks were most important to be taken care of in order to make progress. And that´s what a business should do: Make progress.

I want to build a team of passionate homebizzers on a global scale. I want to learn from those guys who already live up to their expectations and I want to pass on the knowledge to those who come after me. My mentor earns money when I earn money and I earn money when I build a team under me and they build a team under them ....these are the basics of MLM. A great opportunity.
There are a few different methods to drive traffic to a site such as traffic exchanges, PPC, posting in forums, ezine ads, blog, email marketing, submitting a site to the search engines, exchanging links, JVs and article writing.

In the beginning it´s always kind of hard because everything is new and you have to figure out how it works and this brings frustration a lot of times. When frustration or disappointment arises one should be immediately aware where this state of mind is going to lead you. In my experience my energy tends to go down, negative thoughts come up and feelings of uncertainty or fear of failure prevail.
These moments occur in everybody´s life once in a while and in business maybe more often. It is immensely important to watch the mind and where it wants to take you. You might not want to go on that road but it seems like you can´t help it sometimes.

That´s not true. You can!
Just try this little experiment: Close your eyes for a few minutes and watch your thoughts and feelings that arise within you. Stay aloof though don´t get involved. After a while you´ll notice that something changes or has changed. You have brought awareness to the process - it´s like bringing light into a dark room - and everything changes. The negative feelings might have gone or are changing, you might realize while you are watching your thoughts and feelings that you feel more calm and quiet than before and the mind has loosened it´s grip. There are a whole bunch of interesting things going on inside you. The best way to deal with these kind of situations is either giving as little attention as possible to the distracting thoughts and feelings or if they are too persistent and bothering just take a few minutes break and give it all your attention - just watching, doing nothing. Then you can go back to work.

Once you´ve gained watching experience and got to know yourself better it´s much easier to manage your own mind and decide for yourself which mindset is right for you.

The mindset of an entrepreneur is like an arrow, always aiming at progress and improvement. He is in charge of everything and if he fails the responsibility is all his. Strength and trust in himself will help him rise over weakness, uncertainty and fear.

Hi,

last night I had the chance to listen to a MLM training call by Daegan Smith and I
took some notes to give you an idea what he recommends when starting a new business:

Daegan got into MLM 3 years ago in his early twenties when this persisting
thought came up to his mind: what am I doing here? Is this going to be all the same
day in day out my whole life with a tiny promotion every 5 years. That sucks!

So he turned around and joined his first MLM company while still doing his job.
He got his first list of prospects and was told to cold call all of them, which he did.
You know what happened, don´t you?

He had no success whatsoever. He hadn´t recruited one single person.
But the good thing was that he had learned quite a bit about marketing and
now did his own research on how he wanted to create his own.

There are a few basic ingredients every marketer needs to have in order to do business on the
internet.

- a lead capture page with an optin box to capture targeted subscribers
in order to build your team you need prospects you can work with. To have your own lead
capture page gives you targeted prospects just for your opportunity.

- at least 10 email followup letters which are sent to your prospects on a daily basis
once you have a list of prospects it´s good to stay in contact with them and motivate,
support and build a relationship through follow up emails . Is your list getting longer,
you would probably consider a autoresponder service to automatically follow up with
a new prospect.

- a good marketing salesletter with a catching headline, maybe your story, testimonials,
benefits of your product or program, your picture, income statements
being an affiliate you get these salesletters and capturepages ready made for you, you
just have to advertise them and get traffic to it.


UNIQUENESS
If you don´t have much time, no problem - you can make it happen. There´s no magic formula
in doing business but you have to do something.
To take action is critical and directly related to your success.

You have to ask yourself why should people join you? be clear about that! You have
to create your online personality and the business develops around you.
Think of something unique that sets you apart from the crowd. Don´t be a commodity!

When you have a list of prospects contact them on a regular basis and find out what their
needs, problems or questions are. Offer your help, guide them and soon you will have
a team you can work with. Try to be as unique as possible and people won´t ask why they
should join you.

That said I have to say something about duplication: There is no such thing.
Systems are duplicable but who says when person A is successful with a certain system I will
be also! Crap! Success is highly individual. It depends on knowledge, skills, passion,
dedication, enthusiasm, determination and your excitement transfering your vision.

If you have something what people want you are going to attract them like a magnet -
so keep yourself motivated, positive, cheer up. Bring in as many people as possible but don´t
expect them do as much as you do.

everyone. It´s hard work in the beginning - so it´s not for the lazy type.

The work requires action taking - so it´s not for the hesitating type.

Decisions have to be made while uncertainty rules - so it´s not for the fearful type.....not for the dream type.....not for the ...and so on..and so on..

After this part it took me a while to focus again because I watched myself testing my character traits all the time which part I would belong to the most.
One thing is certain: It is very much human to have all these feelings and
everybody has them once in a while. But the important skill is not to let these get in your way when your dealing with your business.
Take a day off and daydream the whole day! No problem.The next day you focus on action taking and getting your business on the next level.Period.

How I got Involved in Home Business Unintentionally!

My passion for my homebiz

So happy, I finally got my wireless lan installed. Now I can sit in our beautiful garden and work on my homebusiness. Feet on the table so that it´s really comfortable and let´s get going.

Why am I telling you this?
I know of at least 80% of my nearer friends that they would love to do the same thing.Working from home has become as popular as the internet these days and the internet makes it all possible, too.
The internet, this multiple billion dollar marketplace, serves as an employer to thousands.
It is a real job and you can manage it from your own home. Just find something you are good at - and don´t tell me there isn´t anything - something you´ve spent some time with exploring and you´re convinced other people could profit from your knowledge.

When I started my homebiz I practically knew nothing about SEO, advertising, traffic exchanges,Adsense, I could surf on google alright and I found mostly what I searched for.
But every time I saw these colorful homepages and when I bought something on the net I dreamt abouthaving my own.

I went to a webdesign course and learned the basics of html. That was 2 years ago. It wasn´t that easy and I forgot all about it.

It´s like to go on vacation and book the whole package flight, hotel, transfer, car etc in advance.
Everything is already taken care of, you just get in and enjoy.

Can you imagine what I did that night? (And it wasn´t the red wine)
I didn´t hesitate much I jumped right into it and signed up for the whole package.
Now I´ve got a homebusiness - part-time right now but that too shall pass.

There is a lot of guidance that goes with this package and I´ve done quite a lot of reading not to mention all the freebies and instruction videos that go with it.
You can´t imagine how happy I am to finally have found a way to have my own income on the internet. And it´s absolutely up to me how much money i want to earn and how much I want to work. Isn´t that amazing?

Watch out, there are many scams out there promising huge paychecks. Hard to believe and they don´t work either. With my program I found a very reliable business with 5 of the greatest and most established affiliate programs on the net. I was really lucky to find it!

Why Do Most Network Marketers Fail?

Network marketing is simple, but doing the old way (i.e.cold calling people) is NOT easy.

Don't kid yourself! Let me explain my view of why network marketing is notorious for having a 95% or higher failure rate..Have you ever heard of Occam's razor? It states that the simplest explanation for a phenomenon is usually the best.
We'll use this theory to explain why more than 95% or more network marketers fail.Ready?

Most network marketers fail because the marketing methods that they are taught don't work 95% or more of the time. So we're led to ask the next logical question, what are most fledgling network marketers taught?

These leads answer an ad that just asks them if they want to be financially free or make money from home or something like that.
