Hey... Great video about finding niches. I've used many of those methods especially the keyword researching using eBay. Google trends is a great one too. You can actually look at wordtracker's GTRENDS which also shows great graphs and how popular your niche is (demand & supply). In my opinion, it's not only about the popularity of the niche but also your PERSONAL CONNECTION that you have with your niche. That means, you should also look for niches you ARE interested in...
